Add a role you have experience in
The best thing you can do is only add roles you are genuinely experienced in and have been professionally employed to carry out. If you are new to the industry, we would strongly recommend selecting entry level positions initially.

Update your availability
Available Now, Available Soon, or Not Available. Easily keep your availability up to date at all times. If you are currently on a production, simply add your estimated finish date and we will automatically update your status when the time comes.
For the first time ever, you can put a flag out to the industry with the click of a button, letting productions and coordinators know exactly when you are ready for work.
Add your IMDb
Adding your IMDb helps us verify your profile and gives other crew an extra way to check your credibility.
Add your IMDb link and a button will appear on your profile for easy click-through. If you do not have IMDb, you can add your personal website instead.
Add a profile picture
Adding a profile picture helps people understand who they’re talking to, recognise you if they’ve met you before, and put a face to the name. Keep it professional, and it makes your profile feel far more personable, approachable, and trustworthy.
Add your CV
In addition to your profile, you can now upload your CV directly to Sixth Degree. This is handled sensitively and securely. Your CV is not publicly viewable unless you choose for it to be. Access is limited to connected users, productions you apply to, or people who specifically request permission to view it. As always, protecting your data and giving you control over your information remains a priority for us.
Incognito mode
You can easily disappear from the app without deleting your profile.
Just switch on Incognito Mode. You can still browse suppliers and locations, stay connected with previous contacts, and remain visible to people on your production.
You simply disappear from searches and recommendations until you are ready to be seen again.
Block out dates
Holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, or any time you know you are unavailable, make sure you block those dates out in your availability. It helps employers and potential employers understand your schedule properly and avoids awkward clashes or last-minute turn downs.
